Michelle Hall Bio

Michelle Hall, a native of Kentucky, joins the Dallas Winds after completing a successful 24-year tenure as the Executive Director of the Victoria Symphony in Victoria, Texas. Under her leadership, the Victoria Symphony strengthened fundraising efforts to increase its operating budget through growth of the annual fund program, corporate donations and special event revenue; achieved growth in its endowment; and sharpened its commitment to educational impact, community connections, artistic excellence and access to music.
