Dallas Arts Tower
The Business Council for the Arts (BCA) partnered with Fortis Property Group to transform Dallas Arts Tower into a vibrant cultural destination, bringing permanent works by North Texas artists into the building’s lobby and new art gallery.

Fortis Property Group, LLC engaged Business Council for the Arts to reimagine Dallas Arts Tower as a cultural destination in the Dallas Arts District. BCA managed the acquisition of permanent works by North Texas artists Du Chau and Carmen Menza for the building’s lobby, and was contracted to curate the new 2,000 square foot Dallas Arts Tower Gallery.
The gallery presents three to four exhibitions each year exclusively featuring North Texas artists.

About the Artworks and Exhibition
Permanent Works
Dallas Arts Tower’s lobby features two commissioned works by North Texas artists, acquired by Fortis through Business Council for the Arts.
Dallas-based artist Du Chau melds fine art with personal history, drawing on his background in medical pathology to inform intricate ceramic work.
Dallas-based interdisciplinary artist Carmen Menza fuses light, music, and technology to explore human connection.

Dallas Arts Tower Gallery
The 2,000 square foot Dallas Arts Tower Gallery presents three to four curated exhibitions each year, exclusively featuring North Texas artists.
Curated and managed by Business Council for the Arts, the gallery is free and open to the public Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm.
The inaugural exhibition, Glass as Gesture, Color as Language by Dallas glass artist Simon Waranch, is on aAview through May 14, 2026.
