Advancement Manager

The Advancement Manager is a highly visible, relationship-driven role responsible for expanding and retaining BCA’s corporate membership base. This includes achieving annual new member conversion goals, deepening engagement with existing members, and ensuring companies maximize the value of their partnership with BCA.

Programs & Event Manager

BCA is seeking a dynamic, detail-driven, and resourceful Programs & Events Manager to design and deliver our signature programs and events. From On My Own Time™ and Leadership Arts Institute sessions to the Obelisk AwardsArt@Work exhibits and workshops, and exclusive member events, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful, memorable cultural experiences that connect businesses to the arts.

Finance Manager (Part-Time)

The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of BCA’s financial operations. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced finance professional who values flexibility and wants to apply their expertise to support a mission-driven nonprofit that advances the arts.
