Art & Health Annual Literary Event

Dr. John Harper speaks at the 2025 Art & Health Annual Literary Event

Think about the best leader you’ve ever worked under.

What sets them apart? Is the instinct to ask the right question? Read the room? Find the human inside the problem?

On June 25, leaders from UT Southwestern, SMU, and E. Barrow Health Group explore this question.

How do the arts and humanities shape the leaders the world needs most?

Here’s what you’ll get out of the conversation:

  • A fresh, cross-disciplinary perspective on leadership you can apply in your own organization.
  • Expert panel led by leaders from UT Southwestern, SMU, and E. Barrow Health Group.
  • Connection with a room of senior professionals across healthcare, education, and law.
  • Cocktail networking reception before the event where you’ll grow your network and your perception of leadership

Meet the speaker panel.
