Mike Dilbeck is a seasoned nonprofit leader, fundraising strategist, and professional speaker whose work has centered on dignity, leadership, and community impact. For the past year, he has served as Deputy Director of TACA — a local arts agency providing funding and professional development programs for the arts community of Dallas. Before that, he spent many years as Senior Director of Advancement at Turtle Creek Chorale (TCC) in Dallas — leading fundraising efforts, major donor development, and signature events that helped shape the Chorale’s outreach and sustainability.
Beyond traditional fundraising, Mike has built a notable presence as a thought-leader on bystander intervention, dignity, and courageous leadership. He is the founder of the RESPONSE ABILITY Project, a national educational initiative that grew out of an award-winning film and has reached hundreds of campuses and community groups. As a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), he has delivered keynotes and workshops on character development, integrity, and leadership to students, organizations, and nonprofits across the country.
With decades of experience spanning arts organization fundraising, nonprofit leadership, educational outreach, and public speaking, Mike brings to any panel a powerful combination of strategic fundraising acumen, deep commitment to social justice, and a proven track record of mobilizing communities toward meaningful impact.
