Quincy Roberts Bio

The Dallas Opera has had a significant impact on my life since childhood. I witnessed my first TDO production at the age of 10, that experience planted a seed in me that continues to blossom today. Over the last 30 years I’ve graciously served as a patron, usher, chorister, Trustee, Board of Directors, Executive board, several committees and most proudly sponsored The Opera Truck which enables TDO to make significant impacts to communities outside the Arts District. 

Being nominated and elected as chairman of the board is a true honor, my enthusiasm and excitement is beyond measure! I am looking forward to working together with our CEO, board members, staff, patrons and community partners throughout my term as we continue to redefine TDO as a world class leader in opera on and off the stage.
