Steven Roth

Mr. Roth currently serves as Senior Deputy General Counsel at Parkland Health & Hospital System (Parkland) where he is its lead transactional attorney.  He also serves as Chief Counsel for the Parkland Community Health Plan, Inc., the Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation and has amassed over twenty years of experience in health law.  He received his BA in economics at The Pennsylvania State University, his JD at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law and his MPH at Harvard University School of Public Health. Mr. Roth volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Counsel for the Arts, is a graduate of the Leadership Dallas program and the Leadership Arts Institute program in Dallas, is a current member of the Texas Hospital Association’s Leadership Fellows program and holds multiple prestigious leadership awards and accolades.

Thai - lan Tran

Thai-lan Tran is the lead dentist at Monarch Dental where she has practiced for the last twenty years.  In her role, Dr. Tran Roth led the clinical operations, quality assurance and employment development for her office.  Dr. Tran Roth volunteers as a member of the Orchid Giving Circle of the Dallas Women's Foundation which provides community grants that support social change and services for Asians in North Texas.  She also volunteers teaching students mathematics and occasionally speaks on international adoption topics. Dr. Tran Roth recieved her BS in Chemistry at Loyola University Chicago and her DMD at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
